Cook Part Time

As a Cook, you will take on a high level of responsibility, ensuring our guests start their day with a great breakfast experience. Our hotel has 160 rooms, breakfast is included for every guest, and we daily serve group lunches and dinners. The ideal candidate is a great organizer, works in a fast pace and is a real team player. You work closely with the F&B team and report to the Operations Manager.

This is a position for 15.2 hours on a weekly basis.

  Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes

  Prepare group lunch and dinner

• →

  Monitor food quality, freshness and hygiene standards (HACCP)

• →

  Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

• →

  Daily ordering of supplies with different suppliers

• →

  Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth running of the kitchen

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

• →

  Being able to work independently in the kitchen

• →

  Having a creative and warm personality and knowing how to connect with everyone.

  Guest-oriented and representative.

• →

  Speaking excellent English, the Dutch language is a plus.

• →

  Experience in hotel settings is a plus.
