~2 min readThe Senior Account Manager’s role is to support the Business Team to deliver service to our clients’ brands and businesses and drive growth for T&A Ogilvy:
1. Client Leadership & Partnership
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their business, category, and growth challenges
• Lead day-to-day client relationships while proactively shaping expectations and solutions
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across levels
2. Business Growth & Account Expansion
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new initiatives
• Contribute to revenue targets and account profitability, ensuring sustainable business growth
• Support new business pitches and organic growth within existing clients
3. Strategic & Creative Contribution
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Media teams to deliver integrated, insight-driven IMC campaigns
• Translate client briefs into clear strategic directions and actionable plans
• Contribute to the development of innovative campaign ideas, especially in social, content, and creator ecosystems
4. Delivery Excellence & Project Ownership
• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget control
• Lead internal teams with clear briefs, expectations, and alignment on campaign objectives
• Anticipate risks and client feedback, providing well-structured, strategic responses
• Ensure all outputs meet Ogilvy’s standards of creative excellence and effectiveness
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Guide and mentor junior team members (AM/AE), ensuring strong execution and growth
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment
• Drive accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team

• At least 1-2 years of Senior Account Manager experiences (IMC Agency experience is preferred)
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) with a strong focus on social media
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Understanding and deep knowledge in IMC campaign
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Team player who can work well with tight deadlines
• A self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Possess a high degree of English competency
