Responsibilities

As a Senior HR Benefits Administrator, you will implement and manage benefit program initiatives and will collaborate with their global HR and Finance teams to deliver on business needs, prioritize key benefits requests, and be responsible for managing benefit programs focusing on:

  • Vendor/TPA Relationship Management
  • Benefit Plan Design, Management, & Effectiveness
  • Benefit Analytics/Metrics/Dashboards
  • Benchmarking (benefit programs)
  • Communication of Benefit Programs
  • Tier 3 benefit escalations/resolutions
  • Project Management and Process Improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant benefits (health & welfare and retirement) experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Economics or related field preferred
  • HR Benefits administration experience at a global enterprise organization
  • Ability to interact on a consultative basis with all levels of the organization
  • Critical thinker with excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem resolution skills
  • Strong project management skills with team orientation and collaborative style
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality
  • CBP, CEBS certification preferred, but not required.
