Line Cook - Pasta, Pizza, Salad & Sandwich

We’re seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing excellent meals for our patrons while also maintaining your station and keeping track of inventory.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to multitask. Working in the kitchen means working in a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to stay organized to keep our customers satisfied.

• →Set up and maintain the workstation, ensuring everything is well-stocked, orderly, and clean
• →Prepare ingredients for established dishes, such as chopping vegetables and cutting meat
• →Cook ingredients as directed by the head chef or sous chef, plating dishes as indicated by recipes
• →Adhere to all health and safety standards when preparing food
• →Provide assistance to the head chef or sous chef as directed

• [2+] years experience as a Line Cook
• High school diploma required; culinary certificate or degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of best restaurant practices and cooking methods, including safe knife-handling skills
• Superb attention to detail while being able to work quickly and efficiently
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a motivated team player
