We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Endpoint Management Technician to support the deployment, configuration, management, and troubleshooting of computers and other endpoint devices across the organization. This role will help ensure that employee devices are secure, up to date, properly configured, and operating reliably.
 
The Endpoint Management Technician will work closely with the IT team to manage endpoint configurations, software deployments, operating system updates, security policies, and device compliance. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of Windows environments and modern endpoint management technologies.
 
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining a secure, standardized, and efficient endpoint environment while providing timely technical support to users.

 

FT - Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week 

 

Responsibilities

  • →Assist with imaging, configuring, patching, and deploying desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for staff and clinicians.
  • →Help maintain an inventory of endpoint devices and accessories.
  • →Learn and assist with the use of endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, PDQ) to deploy updates and software.
  • →Work with senior IT staff to apply security updates and ensure compliance with internal policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • →Assist with setting up and supporting devices in clinical environments like nurse stations, workstations on wheels (WOWs), and exam rooms.
  • →Maintain documentation and follow standard procedures for deployments and issue resolution.
  • →Provide basic support for end-user hardware and software issues, including password resets, printer setups, and device troubleshooting as needed.
  • →Respond to IT support tickets and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in learning about endpoint management and IT in healthcare required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team required.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare IT environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional, courteous, and patient when working with end users.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technical support role preferred (internships or school-based experience welcome).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or imaging tools is a plus.
