Restaurant Supervisor

Our client is a premium hospitality group in Malta, offering high-quality dining experiences in stylish and welcoming environments. They are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join their team and help ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service.

The Restaurant Supervisor will support the management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

• →Supervise and support the front-of-house team during daily operations.
• →Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• →Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• →Allocate sections and coordinate staff during service.
• →Monitor service standards and address any issues promptly.
• →Welcome guests and assist with reservations and seating when required.
• →Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• →Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• →Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are maintained to a high standard.
• →Support staff training, onboarding, and development.
• →Monitor stock levels and report shortages or operational requirements to management.
• →Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
• →Assist management with daily reports, staff coordination, and other operational tasks.
• →Lead by example and contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident leadership and team management abilities.
• Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English. Knowledge of Maltese or other languages is considered an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Applicants must be residing in Malta.
