Manage the budget and inventory of maintenance materials and supplies Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards. Possess a variety of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills Possess technical knowledge and expertise in the equipment, facilities, and systems used in the business operations; Have analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues; Have effective leadership and excellent communication skills to motivate and direct the maintenance staff and contractors.
