Possess a variety of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills Possess technical knowledge and expertise in the equipment, facilities, and systems used in the business operations; Have analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues; Have effective leadership and excellent communication skills to motivate and direct the maintenance staff and contractors. Possess organizational and planning skills to manage the maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules. Have budgeting and financial skills for managing the maintenance costs and resources. Possess hands-on experience in managing the maintenance team Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, management, or a related field is required. Familiarity with the industry-specific equipment, facilities, and systems is necessary.
