Role Summary:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive to join our sales team.
This is a full-cycle Account Executive role where you’ll own deals end-to-end while selling a market-leading AI platform into organisations where innovation is a strategic priority.
You’ll engage senior R&D and innovation leaders, leading consultative, high-value sales processes and closing deals that genuinely move the needle for your customers.
With strong product-market fit, credible use cases, and a customer base you can confidently reference, you’ll be set up to have better conversations, build real pipeline, and win meaningful business.

This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays mandatory) or fully in office.

Analyze your territory and convert opportunities into growth
Exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
Manage and convert the pipeline with accurate reporting
Prospect through various channels and convert leads into opportunities
Effectively handle sales processes via phone, Zoom, and in-person interactions.
Develop a strong understanding of Patsnap’s offerings and the evolving IP service/software industry
Possess strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
A proven track record of exceeding targets
1+ years of 360 sales experience and solution sales training
Successful engagement with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes
Background in the Innovation/IP solutions industry with additional language proficiency is a plus
