Location: High Point at AC/Moxy Uptown Dallas

The Barback is responsible for supporting bartenders and ensuring the bar operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. This position plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar while providing support to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• →Prepare and stock the bar before each shift.
• →Ensure adequate supplies of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar essentials.
• →Cut and prepare fresh fruit and garnishes according to established standards.
• →Organize bar tools, equipment, and supplies for efficient service.
• →Assist bartenders in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
• →Remove empty bottles, trash, and used glassware promptly.
• →Anticipate the needs of bartenders during busy periods.
• →Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming attitude.
• →Assist with guest requests within the responsibilities of the position
