Your Impact

Pearce, now part of CBRE, is scaling its Energy Storage (BESS) and Solar Operations & Maintenance business to support growing demand from asset owners, developers, IPPs, and OEM partners across the U.S. 

This role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding strategic customer relationships, and converting an established pipeline into long-term service agreements. The operational foundation, customer base, and executive support are already in place — your focus is scaling the business and driving multi-year revenue growth.

You will serve as a senior commercial leader and trusted partner to customers across the renewable energy ecosystem while helping build a scalable, high-performing business development organization.
