We are a high-performance team built around ownership, urgency, curiosity, and a strong bias for action.

We set bold goals, hold ourselves accountable, and move fast to solve customer problems. Every team member owns their decisions and drives outcomes. No one waits for permission.

We operate with urgency, but not recklessly. We focus on what matters most, take initiative, and course-correct quickly when needed. We value people who speak up, follow through, and take pride in their work.

Pipe17 is looking for a versatile Sales Engineer to partner closely with our Account Executives and help drive complex deals to success. This role blends technical problem-solving, customer-facing presentations, and deal strategy, with a mix of:

  • Presenter (30%)  Build and deliver demos, slides, and technical storytelling that impress and educate.
  • Process (10%)  Support technical RFPs, security questionnaires, architecture diagrams, and discovery work.
  • Diplomat (30%)  Build relationships with technical decision-makers, navigate large organizations, and influence without performing AE responsibilities.
