We are expanding our Enterprise Sales team in Mexico and looking for a high-performing Senior Enterprise Account Executive who thrives in a hunting role and is excited to win large B2B customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling
- Convert high-quality target accounts into long-term customers
- Lead consultative sales conversations with C-Suite and decision-makers
- Deliver compelling online product demonstrations focused on customer pain points
- Manage pipeline and follow qualification processes within CRM
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities
- Follow up on qualified inbound leads in a timely manner
- Work toward daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Participate in structured sales meetings and coaching sessions
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in SaaS
- Strong hunter mentality with consistent quota achievement
- Comfortable leading executive-level conversations
- Highly coachable and open to feedback
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and metric-driven
- FLUENT ENGLISH
