Security Agent

We are looking for responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented Security Agents to join our Security Department at ARRISE Live Bulgaria. As a Security Agent, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional working environment for our employees, visitors, and business partners.

You will be responsible for supporting daily physical security operations, monitoring security systems, controlling access to company premises, conducting security patrols, and responding to security-related situations in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

• →Access Control: Monitor and control access to company premises, verify identification and access credentials, and prevent unauthorized entry in accordance with established security procedures.
• →CCTV Monitoring: Monitor surveillance systems to identify suspicious activities, potential security threats, and incidents, while ensuring compliance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
• →Security Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols of designated areas to identify potential risks, safety concerns, and security irregularities in accordance with established procedures.
• →Security Systems Operation: Operate and monitor designated physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems, in accordance with internal policies and operational procedures.
• →Vehicle and Parking Control: Monitor vehicle access, parking areas, and compliance with established parking and traffic regulations on company premises.
• →Visitor and Contractor Management: Support the registration, verification, and controlled access of visitors, contractors, and external service providers in accordance with company requirements.
• →Security Inspections: Perform authorized security inspections, including visual bag checks where applicable, in accordance with company policies, established procedures, and applicable legislation.
• →Incident Response: Identify, assess, and respond appropriately to security incidents, suspicious activities, unauthorized access attempts, and other situations requiring security intervention.
• →Emergency Preparedness: Support emergency response activities, including fire safety procedures, evacuations, and other emergency situations, following established protocols and instructions.
• →Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate security records, prepare incident reports, document irregularities, and promptly report relevant information to the Security Shift Supervisor or Security Management.
• →Professional Conduct and Compliance: Maintain a professional appearance, wear the required security uniform, and consistently follow company policies, security procedures, and workplace standards.
• →Confidentiality and Data Protection: Maintain strict confidentiality of security-related information and ensure the appropriate handling of personal data in accordance with GDPR, company policies, and applicable legislation.
• →Teamwork and Communication: Cooperate effectively with Security Department colleagues and other internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a coordinated approach to workplace safety and security.
• →Other Responsibilities: Perform additional security-related duties assigned by the Security Shift Supervisor or Security Management within the scope of the position.

• Completed secondary education or higher.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, discipline, and professional ethics.
• Excellent attention to detail, situational awareness, and the ability to identify potential security risks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and respectful approach toward employees, visitors, and colleagues.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective when handling challenging situations or emergencies.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to follow established instructions and operational procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with electronic systems and reporting tools.
• Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to perform security patrols and other physical duties associated with the position.
• Previous experience in physical security, corporate security, or a similar position will be considered an advantage.
• Must be a Bulgarian citizen or a citizen of another eligible country, in accordance with the Bulgarian Private Security Activities Act (Закон за частната охранителна дейност).
• Must have a clean criminal record and meet all applicable statutory requirements regarding criminal history and eligibility to perform private security duties.
• Must not be subject to any legal restrictions preventing employment in the private security sector in the Republic of Bulgaria.
• Must meet all other applicable legal requirements for performing private security activities.

• Good command of English will be considered an advantage.
