Responsibilities

→Conduct routine maintenance inspections and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
→Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff.
→Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and longevity of property systems and equipment.
→Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
→Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
→Collaborate with property management team to address maintenance issues and uphold property standards.
→Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
→Snow Removal in winter months
→Follow all safety protocols
