PT Business Development Team Lead

Prompt has an industry-leading BDR team. We are looking for a data-focused, highly motivated teammate to help manage the BDR team!

You will report to the Manager of Business Development. This role poses an amazing opportunity to start on the Leadership Track if leadership is specifically where you would like to grow! The role has mixed individual contributor and leadership responsibilities.

• BDR / SDR Experience of 3+ years

  • 6-12 months of management experience (preferred)

• Experience in Saas / EMR Health tech (preferred)

• Possess a growth mindset - desire to continually improve your people leading skills

• Passion for empowering and cultivating the professional development of team members by identifying key strengths and areas of opportunity

• Ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment, adept at navigating ambiguity and proactively taking initiative to achieve goals.

• Effectively delegate tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating a keen awareness of resource allocation and talent assessment

• Must be highly proficient in both written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in navigating challenging conversations, both within the team and externally, with the ability to seek guidance from leadership when necessary to address complex situations effectively.

• Gracefully navigate challenging internal situations by pausing and reflecting first. When faced with uncertainty, seek support from leadership and return to teammates with a thoughtful response.

• Able to lead team meetings in order to educate teammates regarding processes and the Prompt Product

• Able to communicate effectively across teams

• Understanding and learning software must be a passion of yours

• Able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, and willing to put in extra hours when needed.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects, shift gears quickly, and meet deadlines while maintaining professional composure

• Comfort communicating to leadership for assistance when needed

• Be comfortable owning your own workload

• Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Slack
