As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for small business owners looking to take the next step in their growth journey. Every conversation is an opportunity to make a real impact. You'll engage with prospective, existing and former customers across phone, email and SMS, understanding their goals, uncovering opportunities and connecting them with the right funding solutions to help their business thrive.

At Prospa, we believe every interaction matters. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping small businesses access the funding they need to grow. You'll be supported by a high-performing team, ongoing coaching and clear development pathways, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow and make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities

- →Build meaningful customer relationships and uncover opportunities through phone, email and SMS conversations.
- →Qualify leads and connect customers with the right funding solutions.
- →Manage your pipeline and contribute to a high-performing team that celebrates success together.
- Experience in a customer service, sales or contact centre environment, with phone-based experience preferred but not essential.
- Confidence communicating with customers across phone, email and SMS.
- A track record of achieving goals, targets or delivering strong customer outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A natural ability to build rapport and uncover customer needs.
- A genuine passion for helping small businesses succeed.
