DevOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Ha Noi

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (AWS/SRE) to join a large-scale AWS cloud infrastructure and operations project in the banking domain.

The project focuses on modernizing and operating enterprise cloud infrastructure, including AWS multi-account environments, hybrid cloud connectivity, and infrastructure migration.

You will work closely with Cloud Engineers, Solution Architects, and infrastructure teams to automate deployments, improve observability, maintain operational stability, and ensure production environments remain secure, resilient, and reliable.

• →Build, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure for new and existing environments using Terraform or AWS CDK.
• →Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
• →Support cloud migration and modernization activities alongside Cloud Platform and Migration Engineers.
• →Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve system visibility and reliability.
• →Manage backup, high availability, and disaster recovery, supporting defined RTO/RPO requirements.
• →Troubleshoot production issues, participate in incident response, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
• →Work independently on assigned infrastructure components, from implementation and testing to production support.
• →Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve operational, connectivity, and security issues.
• →Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and incident management procedures.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, including provisioning, deployment, and production operations.
• Practical experience with Terraform or AWS CDK and CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of high availability, backup, disaster recovery, and incident management.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals, IAM, and cloud security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle assigned tasks and collaborate across technical teams.

• Experience building AWS infrastructure from the ground up or supporting new cloud environments.
• Exposure to on-premises-to-AWS migration, AWS Landing Zone, or multi-account environments.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise consulting projects.
