Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving new business opportunities for Quantanite by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. Reporting into the Sales Leadership function, the SDR is responsible for building a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
This is a target-driven, commercially focused role suited to individuals who are resilient, organised, and motivated by results. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality leads are converted into meaningful sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Core Sales & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and research prospective clients using multiple sourcing channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and sales tools).
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified sales leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- Engage prospects professionally to understand their needs, challenges, and buying intent.
- Qualify leads against agreed criteria before passing opportunities to the appropriate sales stakeholders.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads and maximise conversion opportunities.
CRM, Tools & Data Management
- Accurately log all prospect interactions, activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date and high-quality pipeline data to support reporting and forecasting.
- Utilise approved sales tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, LinkedIn, email automation tools) effectively and compliantly.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align messaging and targeting.
- Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Actively seek feedback and continuously refine outreach techniques and messaging.
- Stay informed on Quantanite’s service offerings, value propositions, and target markets.
Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume environment.
- High level of organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business tools (Google Workspace / MS Office).
Preferred
- Exposure to B2B sales, professional services, BPO, CX, or technology-enabled services (not SAAS sales).
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
What We Offer

- Global Exposure: Engage with international clients and contribute to global growth initiatives.
