Radina’s Bakehouse is looking for full and part time AM Bakers, Bread & Pastry. We’re looking for highly motivated, positive and friendly Team Members. If you enjoy baking, early hours start time (3:30am) and have a great desire to start/continue a career in the artisanal baking community, please apply online or visit us at Radina’s Bakehouse location. Therefore, we ask of all applicants of this ad to consider investing at least one year with our Baking Team.

Responsibilities

Support the vision of the Team and Leadership.
→
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and all Facility Safety Guidelines.
→
Take part in the organization, stocking and rotation of received products.
→
Maintain a clean and organized work station and equipment.
→
Responsible for filling sanitation and waste sheets.
→
Maintain high productivity expectations.
→
Production of all pastry/breads.
→
Communicate with Team Leader on product needs and adjust necessary par levels.
→
Maintain a positive attitude throughout shift.
→
Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and or Store Leadership.
