On behalf of our client, a 4-star hotel in Salzburg, Austria, we are looking for a Chef de Partie!

  Prepare mis-en-place for all menus

  Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to hotel/restaurant standards, including staff meals as instructed by senior chefs

  Ensure the work area is kept clean, safe, and tidy at all times

• Has at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant

• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills – essential for this dynamic and demanding role

• Is flexible to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and occasionally early mornings

• Is vaccinated

• Speaks fluent German and/or English

• Salary: €2,000 to €2,200 net

• Permanent or seasonal contracts
