Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company guidelines
Adherence to hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
Preparation of daily 4-course half-board menus
Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
Production and preparation of fresh dishes
Contribution of new ideas for weekly menu design

Net salary between 2,000 and 2,300 € per month, overpayment based on qualification
Annual employment, 6 days | 48 hours per week
