planning menu offers and à la carte menus
calculating dishes according to WES guidelines set by the management
creating recipes
active cooking and kitchen work
responsibility for kitchen hygiene according to HACCP standards
allergen labeling
handling orders in cooperation with department management
carrying out monthly inventories
good cooperation with department managers and other departments
preparing duty rosters/work schedules

net salary of €3,200 per month
seasonal employment from the end of May until October
6 working days per week, 48 working hours per week
