• →Support daily store operational matters like inventory management, stock replenishment, and POS controls.
• →Help maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies.
• →Collaborate with the stores to improve store efficiency and optimize the customer experience.
• →Participate in the analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• →Contribute to the development and implementation of operational process improvements.
• →Communicate with cross-functional teams to support retail objectives.
• →Provide administrative support to the Retail Operations team and assist in ad hoc projects as needed.

• Insight into the day-to-day operations of a global retail business.
• Hands-on experience in inventory management, sales analysis, and process improvement.
• Exposure to cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentorship and guidance from experienced retail professionals.

• Currently pursuing a degree in in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power Automate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A gamer at heart with a passion for the retail gaming industry.
