Responsibilities

→Provide senior-level technical support for all production systems.
→Interact with IT resources to improve tools, technology stack, and application performance and stability.
→Responsible for the company’s virtualization environment. Servers and Desktops.
→Assist in creating and sustaining digital systems through systems health monitoring to support the seamless deployment and service levels to all environments and users.
→Sustain and improve quality engineering process through peer review, continuous testing, and knowledge transfer to business functions.
→Continually evaluate new technologies within the IT industry, proposing those to management that may impact the operation positively.
→Collaborate with ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to engage IT resources and provide active role in creating new creative solutions.
→Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in computer science, business administration or related field, or equivalent practical work experience and/or applicable certifications.
Continuous improvement skillset to drive action and initiatives.
IT Skillset: Windows Server and Desktop, Linux, development languages, scripting, and networking.
