About the Role:
The Sales Host plays an important role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting the daily operations of the sales centre. The Sales Host creates a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors while supporting the on-site sales team with guest registration, CRM data entry, sales centre presentation, and general office support. This is a temporary position, with an anticipated duration of approximately five (5) months.


This position will support both our Provence (Orleans) and eQuinelle (Kemptville) sites and will require travel between the two sites as needed. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet all visitors in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Register guests and traffic in HubSpot CRM accurately and promptly.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls professionally and take messages when required.
  • Ensure the sales centre reception and presentation areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist the sales team with general administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain office and kitchen supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
  • Assist with preparing the sales centre for events, presentations, and weekend traffic.
  • Maintain marketing materials, brochures, and presentation displays within the sales centre.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Support the overall team atmosphere through professionalism, positivity, and collaboration.


About You:

  • Friendly, welcoming, and professional personality
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service, reception, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual skills are desirable (French/English)
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle 
  • Willingness to travel between sales sites
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software
  • Professional business attire and presentation at all times
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required

This position is to fill one (1) existing temporary vacancy. The pay rate for this role is $21.00 per hour.
