→Use established guidelines to keep all kitchen items such as plates, glassware, utensils, pots and pans as well as the general kitchen areas clean and organized.
→Correctly utilize and maintain dish machine to wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack; wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
→Ensure that all cleaning is performed daily to keep the kitchen neat, clean, and organized at all times; this includes sweeping, mopping, wiping down walls, and cleaning up spills or any broken glass/dishes.
→Empty full and heavy trash cans. Make sure they are sprayed and sanitized after each use. Place new trash bags in the container after each cleaning.
→Follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols, as well as Safety guidelines.
→Perform other duties in areas of Kitchen as assigned, including assisting with banquet events as directed by supervisor.

Strong work ethic, self-motivated with ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a TEAM that provides great experiences for our guests!

Ability to stand and walk daily throughout the shift.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Position entails standing, walking, bending, reaching, grasping, and carrying items.
Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally, and heavier items occasionally with assistance.
