→Assist the set-up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
→Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
→Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
→Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
→Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
