JOB SUMMARY

Lead by example and supervise team members to support positive customer interactions.
Will train, coach, and reinforce service standards.
May assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage daily.
Ensure all daily tasks are completed, following guidelines and checklists as needed.
Ensures the team has the tools and knowledge needed to perform their job.
Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant.
Reports any safety or health concerns.
Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs.
Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in upscale casual table service restaurant environment.
Demonstrated leadership in table service style restaurants, including training and coaching, and reinforcing service standards.
Excellent communication skills for team development and driving positive customer interactions.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment; basic math skills essential.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing and walking. (6-8 hours a day)
Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing/writing, and operating tools and equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Job entails bend, reach, or carry items.
Ability to lift and/or move 10--25 pounds as needed.
Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods.
