A leading organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Country Sales Manager to lead national sales operations during a key phase of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational sales performance, strengthening leadership capability, and enhancing customer engagement across the business. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader capable of building a high-performance culture while ensuring strong commercial execution and operational discipline. The Country Sales Manager will oversee sales strategy, operational performance, forecasting, customer engagement, and team leadership across multiple locations and channels. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional departments to support long-term business objectives and transformation initiatives. This search is being conducted on a strictly confidential basis.
