You’ll join the Amazon Operations team, training on Unicorn’s internal processes, tools, and ways of working. You'll help support client accounts on Amazon’s Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, covering everything from logistics to product launches.

You’ll report directly to the Amazon Ops Lead and collaborate with various departments to improve workflows and execute brand strategies on the Amazon backend.

• →Manage Seller Central or Vendor Central operations
• →Create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
• →Coordinate inventory setup and shipment planning
• →Support product launches and promotional setup
• →Work closely with Amazon Support and troubleshoot issues
• →Improve operational processes across brands
• →Upload and optimize product content in line with Amazon A9 best practices
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence

• Experience with Seller Central or Vendor Central
• An analytical mindset and strong spreadsheet skills
• Familiarity with Amazon-related tools such as Helium10 or JungleScout
• Detail-oriented and process-driven work style
• Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in other European languages is a plus!
• A desire to learn and grow in the e-commerce/Amazon space
• Ability to take initiative and execute ideas effectively
• A collaborative, enthusiastic, and curious attitude

Experience with: Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Helium10, JungleScout, Google Sheets.
