In this role, you’ll:

This is a key opportunity for a highly organized, ambitious, and forward-thinking problem-solver to play a vital role in the day-to-day execution of our online operations. Your core responsibilities will involve the coordination of inventory and logistics, supporting vendor communication, and assisting with cross-department collaboration. You will also analyze operational data and processes, helping to identify opportunities for improvement and contributing to the growth of the company.

This is a full-time, remote position designed for someone seeking long-term growth within a mission-driven company. You'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing meaningfully to a brand that prioritizes quality, innovation, and design excellence. Crucially, the ideal candidate must be able to work within US time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with our core team and external contacts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supply Chain Coordination: Assist in coordinating with contract manufacturers and vendors to ensure compliant sourcing, smooth production, and on-time delivery. You will track production timelines and help resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Inventory & Demand Support: Monitor multi-channel inventory levels including at ur 3rd Party Logistics (3PL), Amazon FBA, Shopify, and TikTok to help prevent stockouts. You will support demand planning by reviewing sales data and assisting with the execution of promotional events.
• Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinate with our 3PL partner to ensure smooth fulfillment operations. This includes creating inventory transfer orders, tracking inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring timely order delivery across all platforms.
• E-commerce Channel Maintenance: Handle day-to-day operational and administrative functions for our Shopify store and TikTok Shop. You will monitor our Amazon storefront health and assist in resolving listing issues by gathering necessary information and following established procedures.
• Operational Data & Reporting: Support financial accuracy by tracking and maintaining COGS data. You will compile month-end inventory reports and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders, verifying that data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Quality & Compliance Documentation: Ensure quality control by tracking all production documentation (COAs, testing), verifying data integrity, and maintaining an organized archive for traceability.
• Process Improvement Support: Contribute to operational excellence by identifying opportunities for improvement in daily tasks. You will assist in documenting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and will be trained on modern tools, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications & Ideal Experience

• E-commerce Operations Background: At least 1-2 years of experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative role, preferably within an e-commerce or DTC company.
• Hands-On Supply Chain Management: Direct experience with core supply chain activities, such as placing orders with suppliers, monitoring production schedules, and coordinating inventory movements between locations.
• Logistics Coordination: Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment, ideally through platforms like Amazon FBA, Shopify, TikTok, or working with 3rd-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
• Applied Systems & Procedural Skills: Practical experience applying and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a professional setting. This includes a demonstrated ability to use spreadsheets or other business software for managing tasks and generating reports.
• Operational Data & Insights: Experience in managing and reconciling operational data sets to ensure their accuracy and integrity, independently and in collaboration with our 3rd-party bookkeeper. Your background should also include using this data to identify trends, flag discrepancies, and prepare key insights to support management's decision-making.
• Ideal but Not Required: Experience navigating the Amazon Seller Central platform, including monitoring account health metrics, resolving suppressed listings, and managing inventory performance.
• Full Professional Fluency in English: Must be fluent in both written and spoken English to effectively collaborate with our global team and partners.
