In This Role, You’ll:
You’ll serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, managing the execution of marketing projects across multiple channels. You’ll own timelines, scopes, and deliverables, lead client status meetings, and collaborate closely with strategic, creative, digital, media, and production teams to turn strategy into clear, actionable project plans.
You’ll support client onboarding, maintain detailed project documentation and reporting, and ensure all work aligns with established SOPs and quality standards. Proactively identifying risks, scope changes, and bottlenecks, you’ll advocate for client needs while balancing timelines, budgets, and internal capacity, contributing ideas that improve efficiency, collaboration, and delivery across the agency.
Responsibilities

- →Manage the execution of marketing projects across multiple channels, ensuring timelines, scopes, and deliverables are met
- →Collaborate closely with strategic leaders, account leads, and creative, digital, media, and production teams to turn strategy into actionable project plans
- →Support client onboarding from an execution standpoint by defining processes, timelines, and expectations
- →Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and workflows for both ongoing and campaign-based initiatives
- →Lead client status meetings and internal check-ins, providing clear updates, action items, and next steps
- →Identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope changes early, escalating issues and proposing solutions as needed
- →Track project scopes, timelines, and budgets in partnership with account and production teams
- →Ensure all work aligns with established SOPs and quality standards
- →Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reporting across all assigned work
- →Advocate for client needs internally while balancing scope, timelines, and team capacity
- →Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, communication, and delivery
- →Build and maintain strong client relationships grounded in trust, clarity, and reliability
- →Respond promptly and thoughtfully to client questions, concerns, and requests
- →Represent the agency professionally in all client interactions
- →Promote collaboration and accountability across internal teams
- →Support a positive, respectful, and high-performing remote work environment
- 2–5 years of project coordination or project management experience in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency environment.
- Experience supporting client-facing projects and participating in client meetings with U.S.-based clients.
- Exceptional spoken and written English fluency, with clear, articulate, and professional communication skills.
- Foundational understanding of creative, digital, media, and production workflows within a marketing agency.
- Experience tracking project timelines, scopes, and basic budgets.
- Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of reliability and follow-through
- A strong sense of accountability and ownership over projects and outcomes
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Communication and Language Expectations
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or above)
- Spoken English must be clear, articulate, and easily understandable for U.S.-based clients.
- Comfortable leading client calls, providing project updates, and participating in detailed discussions.
- Strong written English skills for email, documentation, and client-facing materials.
