Through our innovative Healthcare Operations Platform, we're connecting data to unlock trusted insights that enable improved decision-making and help deliver safer healthcare for all.

Job Description
RLDatix (RLD) is on a mission to help raise the standard of care…everywhere. Trusted by over 10,000 healthcare organizations around the world, our solutions help improve health and care. Our applications ensure that patients receive the best and safest care while supporting the providers who deliver it.

Joining TeamRLD means being part of a global effort of over 2,000 team members in making a difference in healthcare…every day.
We're searching for a London-based Sales Manager – New Business to join our QCS Sales team, so that we can accelerate new business acquisition across the UK social care and health provider market. The Sales Manager will lead, coach and develop a team of New Business Account Executives who own the full-cycle sales process — from pipeline generation to closing deals across inbound and outbound channels — to consistently deliver against quarterly revenue targets and grow QCS's footprint in the social care sector.

At QCS (part of RLDatix), we believe everyone deserves access to safe, high-quality care. Our UK-leading digital platform for compliance, quality, and care management supports thousands of social care and health providers in delivering outstanding services — making it easier to stay compliant, embed best practice, and focus on what really matters: people.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Leading, coaching and growing a team of up to 6 New Business Account Executives to deliver maximum revenue outcomes
  • Refining and championing the QCS Go-To-Market playbook, applying the MEDDPICC sales framework to drive new business acquisition and consistent quota attainment
  • Running sales team rituals — including trainings, prep calls, pipeline reviews, and 1:1s — to embed a culture of excellence and high performance
  • Coaching your team on qualification and discovery, helping them identify customer needs, pains, and desired business outcomes to build compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI
  • Taking a hands-on approach by regularly joining prospect meetings alongside your team to support deal progression and closure
  • Forecasting your team's monthly revenue attainment accurately and using data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks to team and customer success
  • Partnering with cross-functional colleagues across Go-To-Market, Product, and Leadership to drive and close business
  • Becoming a domain expert on digitisation and the UK social care market, offering credible perspectives that shape strategy and customer conversations

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
  • 3+ years of individual contributor experience in a B2B sales environment, plus 2+ years managing a team of high-performing sales reps
  • Proven success as a top performer, with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and raising the bar on personal and team performance
  • In-depth knowledge of how to manage a pipeline of deals consultatively, proactively and effectively, using data to inspire and enable your team
  • Ability to communicate and teach complex problems and processes simply and effectively, alongside a data-driven approach to forecasting and sales process refinement
  • Ability to commute to our Central London office 2 days per week (hybrid working model)
  • Sincere interest in the social care sector and the QCS mission to raise the standard of care
  • A knack for working collaboratively and empathetically within a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment, while remaining adaptable and resilient
By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Key benefits include private health and group accident insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential support, and Loyalty Awards for long-service employees.
RLDatix is an equal opportunity employer, and our employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, national origin, disability, handicap, marital status or any other status or condition protected by law.

As part of RLDatix's commitment to the inclusion of all qualified individuals, we ensure that persons with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation in the job application and interview process. If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in either step, please don't hesitate to send a note to accessibility@rldatix.com.
