The Cascade Dining Room is the flagship restaurant of the historic Timberline Lodge. The Cascade Dining Room offers exciting, fresh cuisine made with locally-sourced ingredients. From our seasonal menus to our award-winning wine program and glacier-fed microbrewery, we put exceptional care and effort into every aspect of our guests' dining experience.

Requirements

Must have service oriented personality.
Must be detail oriented with ability to set and meet high customer service standards.
Must use proper etiquette while conversing with guests.
Must have detailed knowledge of menu offerings.
Must have detailed knowledge of sections and tables.
Must be proficient in up-selling of products and services.
Know and follow all proper service procedures.
Know and follow all proper reservation procedures.
Must have valid OLCC and Oregon Food Handlers permit.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays & nights.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be flexible and capable of bending, twisting and kneeling.
Must be able to work in a tight space with balance and poise.
Must be able to work on feet, stand and walk for up to 8 - 10 hours at a time.
Must be able to keep up with the pace of the department demands of the position.
Must be able to work 40 hr. week as business levels require.
