About the Role
~1 min readThe Senior Revenue Operations Analyst partners with Sales & Revenue Leaders, by providing timely analytics, business insights and operational changes that drive successful performance against established KPI’s.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver timely sales analytics, including daily and weekly performance outcomes versus targets
- →Track and report on core SaaS funnel metrics, including ARR snowball, MQLs, conversion, pipeline, and churn
- →Partner with technology and data teams to build automated reporting and operational dashboards from datasets in our data warehouse (Big Query) and BI tools
- →Ensure system integrity in Salesforce and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, process consistency, and reporting
- →Maintain the analytics that support monthly and quarterly business reviews for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
- →Identify operational issues and collaborate cross-functionally to design solutions that help the business run more smoothly for revenue teams.
- →Serve as a trusted business advisor to Revenue and Data Engineering leaders, driving operational rigor across go-to-market planning and execution
Requirements
~1 min read- 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field required
- Thorough background and hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including building reports, dashboards, and list views, maintaining CRM data integrity, and recommending process and reporting enhancements (power-user level)
- Strong foundational data & analytics skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot tables, SQL)
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., AI-generated SQL, Claude Code, or similar) strongly preferred
- Comfort partnering with data engineering to validate, document, and maintain trusted data definitions and pipelines in the data warehouse
- Understanding of SaaS reporting metrics and methodologies (e.g., ARR snowball, Funnel Metrics, Retention/Churn)
- A strong understanding of various technology platforms, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Big Query
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
- High attention to detail, strong ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
