Ron Bouchard's Kia Store is growing and seeking new sales associates to join our multi-dealership family! 


Using current knowledge of the auto industry, you will work with clients to evaluate their needs and desires while provide exemplary service true to our brand. From showcasing features and warranties to setting up test drives, you will focus on fostering positive and long lasting relationships with each customer.


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers warmly and establish a rapport to understand their automotive needs
  • Conduct thorough interviews to identify customers' preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements
  • Maintains an understanding of features and benefits of vehicles within dealership inventory
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct test drives and highlight key features to showcase the value of the vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth financing transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We provide on the job training and many and professional development opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated with continual learning mindset
  • Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish a plus
  • A passion for automobiles and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
