Electrical Engineer

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Northeast Ohio (Akron area preferred) - can be REMOTE Pay: up to $125,000 based on experience + 10%–30% performance bonus Benefits: Medical, Unlimited - PTO, Holidays, Retirement and MORE About the Role This is an opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a respected engineering and design firm known for delivering high-quality work across a variety of commercial and healthcare projects. In this role, you will lead electrical design efforts, perform engineering calculations, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to deliver technically sound projects. The position offers strong autonomy and the chance to work on multiple projects at once while collaborating with principals, project managers, and production teams. It’s a good fit for an engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, mentoring others, and building relationships with clients.
