Corporate Services Senior

We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Services Senior to support the delivery of high-quality corporate administration services to our portfolio of clients. This role involves managing complex client needs, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance to junior team members.

• →Utilising templates and checklists to effectively deliver corporate services
• →Understanding and responding to client requests for corporate changes
• →Playing an active role in the company formation process, including preparing M&A and relevant forms, liaising with clients, and understanding MBR requirements
• →Preparing and reviewing documents related to corporate changes, including those needed for complex transactions such as mergers and divisions
• →Understanding the implications of changes in beneficial ownership and ensuring accurate reporting to the MBR
• →Assisting clients during MBR inspections
• →Preparing and/or reviewing Company Registers
• →Liaising with the regulatory entities, banks, and legal advisors to implement corporate changes, seek clarifications, and perform similar actions
• →Leading the bank account opening process by liaising with clients to obtain relevant information and communicating with banks and financial institutions

• Either a an MQF Level 6 in a relevant field, OR 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Maltese company law and the practical implications of corporate services.
• A positive and can-do attitude
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
