Kneads combines H&S’s history with the new age of artisan craft, creating a one-of-a-kind brand and experience, giving a modern face to H&S Bakery. We want people to see it, touch it, and taste it, to have a full sensory experience. Join the culinary team at Kneads Bakeshop, a new and exciting dining destination. We are looking for a Baker to bring their passion for cooking and creativity to the kitchen. As a Baker, you will work closely with the Head Baker preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a rare opportunity for a Baker to make a big impact at the beginning of a restaurant's journey to success. • →Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
• →Mix, measure, and prepare dough, as well as shape and bake the final products.
• →Follow established recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in products.
• →Ensure that baked goods are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
• →Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and follow food safety and sanitation
• →guidelines.
• →Monitor and adjust oven temperatures and baking times as needed.
• →Keep accurate records of ingredients, production schedules, and finished products.
• →Communicate any issues or complaints to management.
• →Keep up with new baking trends and techniques.

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy bags of flour and other
• ingredients, and work in a hot kitchen.
• Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Experience with baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough rollers, is a plus.
• Creativity and passion for baking is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and
• holidays
