Facilities Manager

• →Must be a U.S. Citizen
• →Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• →Certified HVAC Technician
• →5+ years’ experience as a Facilities Manager, Facility Security Officer, or similar experience
• →2+ years’ project management experience
• →Excellent communication skills   
• →Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• →The ability to effectively and proactively interact with staff, leadership, industry partners, and customer agencies.
• →Self-starter with ability to work independently, customer service orientated
• →Ability to provide leadership and work with a diverse team and upper management and ensure compliance with security directives
• →Ability to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures
• →Detail oriented
• →Good verbal and written communication skills

Candidates who have one or more of the following skills will be preferred

• →Active U.S. Top Secret government security clearance
• →Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
• →Experience installing and/or managing physical access systems (badges, alarms, etc.)
• →Experience developing emergency action plans
• →Knowledge of construction requirements of classified spaces (32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, ICD 705)
