Senior Program Manager

For the past forty-five plus years, we have supported Department of Defense customers by developing innovative remote sensing algorithms, tools, and techniques to deliver world-class data exploitation capabilities supporting missile defense; intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance; space domain awareness; and aircraft survivability missions.

• →Bachelor’s degree, preferred with a STEM or Business focus
• →15+ years of professional experience in software development project management
• →Experience with Earned Value Management in Defense industry
• →Experience managing large, complex software or systems integration programs
• →Experience with resource planning and staffing across multi-disciplinary teams
• →Strong problem-solving skills in complex, technical environments
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• →Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• →Ability to achieve DoD security clearance

Candidates who have any of the following skills will be preferred:

• →Active DoD security clearance
• →Experience managing subcontractors and external partners
• →Experience supporting mission systems, space, or missile warning programs
