Securital is looking for an energetic and business-minded person with the ability to lead one of its key security services. 

This is a key management role for someone who combines strong operational capability with excellent administrative, organisational and people-management skills. We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, thinks commercially and can turn operational requirements into effective results. 

• →Lead and coordinate day-to-day operational activities and service delivery. 

• →Manage workforce planning, rostering, deployment and utilisation of resources. 

• →Lead, motivate and support operational teams and supervisors. 

• →Build strong relationships with clients and respond effectively to operational requirements. 

• →Ensure high standards of service, compliance, safety and operational discipline. 

• →Manage operational documentation, reporting and administrative processes. 

• →Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service quality. 

• →Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of operational employees. 

• Proven experience in operations management or a comparable service-driven environment. 

• Strong leadership and people-management skills. 

• Excellent planning, administration and organisational ability. 

• Good commercial awareness and a business-focused mindset. 

• Confidence in managing competing priorities and making decisions under pressure. 

• Strong communication, client-management and problem-solving skills. 

• A proactive, practical and results-oriented approach.
