Level: Middle / Senior

Seeton Azerbaijan is a system integrator delivering IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology solutions for corporate, telecom, and public sector clients.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to develop B2B sales, attract new clients, and grow Seeton’s client portfolio in Azerbaijan.

What you will do
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients
  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Understand client needs and match them with Seeton’s IT solutions
  • Prepare and support commercial proposals together with internal teams
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, procurement, and vendor teams
  • Maintain CRM, track sales activities, and report pipeline status
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor market opportunities and competitors
What we expect
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven experience in new client acquisition
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle from first contact to deal closing
  • Experience working with CRM, pipeline, KPIs, and sales reporting
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good Excel / reporting skills
  • Fluent Azerbaijani — mandatory
  • English — B1/B2 or higher — mandatory
  • Russian — advantage
Will be a plus
Experience in one of the following areas:
  • IT services / system integration
  • Cybersecurity
  • Telecom / ISP
  • IT distribution / VAR
  • B2B technology solutions
