Responsibilities

To support the division’s operations in the management of tenancies/licences, including the following:

→Process Tenancy Agreement (TA) and Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) cases, including the preparation of relevant documents, research and gathering of information, coordination with relevant parties, and follow-up on customers’ requests and enquiries.
→Assist in evaluating applications and proposals from tenants/licensees, including gathering relevant information and conducting consultations with agencies and stakeholders.
→Conduct site visits/inspections, where required, in support of tenancy/licence management and assigned cases.
→Liaise with tenants/licensees, agencies, and other stakeholders in the course of handling assigned cases and tasks.
→Support other projects and related tasks of the division, as assigned.

Background in Real Estate, Building and Property Management, Business or Finance is preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
