ShopMy is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to take on cross-functional strategic projects that drive meaningful business impact. You'll play a key role in helping shape how we scale, working closely with leaders across the business to solve problems, optimize operations, and unlock new areas of growth.

• →Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization, working alongside teammates on the Strategy & Operations team and partners across ShopMy.
• →Support analysis of core business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• →Help develop work plans, surface key metrics, and align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and execution plans.
• →Work closely with senior leaders to bring strategic ideas to life—translating insights into actions that drive real business results.
• →Identify and test hypotheses through data and discovery, bringing thoughtful, forward-looking recommendations to the table.
• →Help refine processes and build scalable systems that set ShopMy up for long-term success.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of professional experience in strategy & operations, consulting, finance, or other analytical, execution-focused roles (startup/SaaS experience is a plus)
• A strong bias toward action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data and communicate them clearly
• Project management experience and stellar organizational skills
• Clear communicator who can influence cross-functional stakeholders and align on priorities
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; experience with SQL or data tools is a plus
• A self-starter mindset and a genuine excitement for building at an early-stage, fast-moving company
