Purpose of the Job: ● To support the Operations & Maintenance team in monitoring, maintaining, and improving the performance and availability of telecom sites, while gaining structured exposure to field operations, energy systems, NOC processes, and asset management practices. JOB SPECIFICATIONS/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Higher National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline. Any Other Specifications ● Must be a recent graduate to be eligible for the Graduate Program. ● Strong interest in telecom infrastructure, field operations, and energy systems. Any other skills Required ● Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ● Willingness to work in field environments and travel to sites. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support the Operations team in monitoring site performance and availability. • Assist in reviewing preventive and corrective maintenance activities carried out by maintenance partners. • Participate in site visits and field inspections to understand tower, power, and security systems. • Support energy performance monitoring (batteries, DGs, solar systems). • Assist with incident tracking and basic root cause analysis for outages. • Support documentation of SOPs, maintenance reports, and operational dashboards. • Collaborate with NOC and field teams to understand fault management processes. • Assist in tracking KPIs related to availability, MTTR, and SLA compliance. • Support operational improvement initiatives and digitalization projects. • Comply with HSE policies and participate in safety awareness activities.
