Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement solutions
  • Conduct in-home sales appointments generated by the company
  • Build trust and educate customers on available equipment and financing options
  • Prepare and present proposals that meet customer needs and company standards
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company systems
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor, In-Home Sales, or Outside Sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to build trust and educate customers without high-pressure sales tactics
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong closing skills and follow-through
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience with financing options and home improvement sales is a plus
