Scrum Master

• →Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• →Support one or more cross-functional Agile teams in delivering software solutions on time and with high quality.
• →Identify and remove impediments that slow down team progress.
• →Foster continuous improvement and help teams adopt Agile best practices.
• →Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work.
• →Track and report team performance metrics to ensure transparency and alignment.

• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in software development environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to coach teams in Agile principles and improve delivery performance.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on results.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
