We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Accounts Executive located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and payment records. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements. Prepare GST returns and ensure statutory compliance. Generate monthly financial reports and MIS statements. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Monitor receivables and payables for smooth cash flow management. Required Skills Accounting Principles – Maintain accurate financial records. Tally ERP – Manage accounting entries and reports. GST Compliance – Filing returns and tax documentation. MS Excel – Data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. Financial Reporting – Preparing monthly and annual reports. Preferred Skills ERP Software Knowledge Payroll Processing Basic Audit Coordination Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance functions. Experience in handling GST, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting is preferred. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
