Job Description: We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Business Development Manager in Dubai, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Facilities Management & Security Services sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the facilities management and security services sector. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term business contracts. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and upselling. Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction. Required Skills: Business Development – Proven ability to generate and convert leads. Facilities Management Sales – Experience selling FM services to corporate clients. Security Services Sales – Understanding of security solutions and contracts. Client Relationship Management – Strong customer retention and account management capability. Negotiation & Presentation Skills – Ability to influence stakeholders and close deals. Preferred Skills: Existing network within UAE corporate sectors. CRM software proficiency. Strategic account management experience. Work Experience Requirements: Candidates should possess a minimum of 3–4 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE market. Prior experience in facilities management and security services is mandatory. A strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing corporate contracts is required.
